Projects

With the participation of SIA "SMP BŪVE" employees, who previously worked at SIA RKF "Transceltnieks", the following objects of public importance were built:

Objects:

• Tram line renovation. Riga Street, Liepaja.
• Tram line renovation section from Brīvības Street to Dzelzceļnieku Street, Liepaja
• LR AM NBS GS Aviation Base "Lielvārde" aviation fuel warehouse.
• Second track construction "Skrīveri-Krustpils" (Riga-Krustpils section)
• Railway platform construction at Alotene stop
• Crossing construction (8th grade)
• Renovation works in newly built café "BRITT"
• Station "Bolderāja 2" crossing construction. (2nd grade)

Other Objects:

1. "STATOIL" and "NESTE" – oil terminals in Riga – railway park design and construction, underground communications, civil buildings and structures construction (international project) – 8 million lats;
2. "LSEZ" – treatment plant reconstruction in Liepaja and city underground communications relocation (international project) – 2.5 million lats;
3. "Karavella" hotel reconstruction in Riga, as well as residential houses in Riga, Slokas Street 25, Dzirnavu Street 151, Jelgavas Street 63 reconstruction – 1.5 million lats;
4. Private houses construction in Jurmala, Bulduru Prospect 83 and 108a, Kr.Barona Street 1 – 0.5 million lats;
5. Recreation apartments construction in Jurmala, Dzintaru Prospect 13/15 – 7 million lats;

From 2010 to 2012, SIA "SMP BŪVE" completed the following projects:

6. Premises reconstruction in Riga, Vaļņu Street 31 – 0.5 million lats;
7. Residential house in Jurmala, Emelīnas Street 1 monolithic reinforced concrete frame – 0.6 million lats;
8. Residential buildings in Jurmala, Bulduru Prospect 21 zero cycle – 0.2 million lats;
9. Guest house in Jurmala, Ikšķiles Street 1 monolithic reinforced concrete frame and external networks – 0.8 million lats;
